Langlois, Marc

Marc Langlois is the Director of Sales for Octave Federal, where he leads go-to-market strategy across the federal government, as well as partner and alliance ecosystems. He is responsible for building and scaling the company’s federal sales motion, aligning direct and indirect channels and driving growth across defense and civilian agencies.

With nearly three decades of experience in the IT industry, Marc has held leadership and individual contributor roles across leading technology providers including Microsoft and Oracle. He brings deep expertise in federal sales, strategic capture and mission-focused program execution, with a particular emphasis on the Department of Defense.

Marc is known for building structured, repeatable sales processes in organizations that are scaling, establishing pipeline discipline, aligning incentives and enabling teams to execute against complex federal opportunities. He combines operational rigor with a strong understanding of customer mission, procurement dynamics and partner ecosystems.

He is a former U.S. Marine Corps communicator and a graduate of the AFCEA Leadership Forum.

Marc resides in Leesburg, Virginia, with his wife, Jennifer and their two sons.
