As Vice President of Finance & Accounting, Loretta Jean leads the organization’s financial strategy, overseeing accounting, FP&A and project finance while driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, transparency and scalability.
Loretta is a finance executive with deep expertise in government contracting, financial transformation and enterprise system implementation. Her career spans leadership roles across aerospace, defense and technology organizations. She has led complex ERP implementations, built compliant cost structures aligned with DCAA requirements and strengthened financial reporting to support both executive decision-making and external stakeholders.
Loretta has worked with leading organizations including Booz Allen Hamilton, Grant Thornton and Dynetics/Leidos, supporting mission-driven government customers such as NASA and the Missile Defense Agency. She also contributed to Stratolaunch Systems, an innovative aerospace company founded by Microsoft co-founder Paul G. Allen, where she supported early-stage operations during the development and first flight of the world’s largest aircraft.
