Lisa Vaughan serves as the Executive Director of Information Technology and Cybersecurity for Octave Federal. Since March 2021, she has led the strategy, modernization and enterprise support of the organization’s information technology footprint, driving secure, reliable and mission-aligned IT capabilities across the company.
Prior to joining Octave Federal, Lisa served as the Chief Information Officer for the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality. Her career also includes extensive IT leadership roles across healthcare, state government and manufacturing and distribution, where she guided technology operations, digital transformation and organizational change.
Lisa holds an Associate Degree in Computer Programming Technology from East Mississippi Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Crichton College and a Master of Business Administration from Millsaps College.
